just got back from concert... dying. so sleepy. almost fell asleep during the concert. i'm sure honyi can testify to that... haha. both of us were like entertaining ourselves till Jolin came out. yeah... sigh. i don't even know what is the name of the concert i just went for... -_-... haha. but i had a good time with honyi...

hengyi was a super nice guy today. he lent me his digi cam so that i could take pictures of the concert and hopefully upload it on the com once its all been developed. i kinda rushed off after choir to meet honyi cos she called me a grand total of 4 times while i was at choir. lol. she was already screaming over the phone when i met up with her. haha. met her at Bugis where we had KFC. i decided to eat something light and cheap so i ordered some burger meal. the cashier placed a small lil object on my tray. i looked down. to my horror, the 'burger' was approximately the size of my fist. =.=. i was still starving when we got to Indoor Stadium. we were like 1 hour early cos we didn't want to get caught in some queue, which usually occurs. so we went in and sat down and started talking about random things that happened. which was awesome. yeap. then i got to meet honyi's other reporter friend who's writing the article regarding the concert with her. =) she had to keep emphasizing the fact that we were NOT fans of any of the singers and that it was rather embarrassing to be watching the concert. haha. the attandence at the stadium was rather pathetic. only half full. hmm... then there were many many awkward silences during the performance due to a severe lack of audience participation or cheering. haha. a bit sad....

the concert started off FLAT. yes... the first singer, i don't even remember his name, came up and opened the concert with a flat note. and throughout the rest of the concert, the 4 of us who were sitting in a row were trying to amuse ourselves by balancing the glowstick between our lips and noses as well as looking out for people who were either dozing off or were also amusing themselves. sadly, there was minimal hype to the concert. as i was about to fall into a deep slumber, it was JOLIN TSAI'S turn to go on stage. yes, the producers are very smart... save the best for the last. =) she was the best out of all of them. i'm sure all 4 of us can give a big high five to that. the concert was brought to the peak due to her awesome stage presence and ability to get audience participation. the other 4 before her were sadly less experienced, tho i must say that they have quite nice voices... just that they lack the stage presence. her skirt was oh so short and bouncy so at every little move, it would flip up. yes, how smart.

we were sitting quite near the stage but were not facing the stage... haha, yeah. we kinda like had to sit 45 degrees to actually see the stage. plus, the best part was the speakers were blasting at top volume and it was on our right, so by the end of the concert, we were all right ear deaf. i had to shout to honyi to communicate with her during the concert and was joking taht it would be rather lame to lose our voices trying to communicate with each other during the concert when people normally lose their voices cheering, singing and shouting for and at their favourite singers. haha.

yeap. i still had a great time tho. honyi's cool parents gave me a lift home. thank u uncle and auntie hon!!! =) yeap. had a cool time with hons... sigh...

missing u E, Bea and Nat. =)

choir today was great!!!!! absolutely wonderful. m,y admiration for our conductor just keeps growing every time we have practice. man... she really inspires me. =)

i'm really sleepy... and i'm currently having a headache from the concert just now. need my bed... God has been so good to me this whole week. giving me the strength to pull thru every single time i feel as tho i'm gonna fall dead due to exhaustion. can't wait for service tomorrow. yay.

oh yes, one more thing.. for people who haven't wathced Potter yet... u might like to not continue scrolling down cos i wrote a bit of the plot in my previous entry. but YOU HAVE TO GO WATCH IT cos, CEDRIC ROCKS!!!! ahhhhh... everytime i think of him.... sigh... hahahahahaha.... he's such a hottie la. hahaha.

lol. yeap. will post the pics from the concert when i have downloaded them from the cam. thanks again heng yi. =)
